If you’re wanting to feel better right now, in this moment, try this:
Simply press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, then breathe in and out slowly and gently through your nose.
This causes a vagal nerve relaxation response.
The slower and deeper you go, the better, feeling your belly expand and relax.
Keep the tongue high, breathe in nice & slow, then out even slower.
Then feel the ahhhhh!!!!
Repeat this for just one minute anytime you’re stressed, or right now, and feel better fast!
